McFarlane Duncan is the Area Development Director for the Missouri/Kansas Region for the United Negro College Fund (UNCF). His work with UNCF supports the financial needs of numerous HBCU’s across the country and making sure students have the financial resources and access to funding to not only get a college education, but to graduate debt free or with minimum debt as possible. Prior to joining UNCF he was a District Executive with the Boy Scouts of America-Greater St. Louis Area Council. Mr. Duncan has a strong passion for community work which focuses on education, the development of youth, and the empowerment of the community. He is a proud member of 100 Black Men of Metropolitan St. Louis and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc.,

 

McFarlane earned a B.A. in Marketing from Harris-Stowe State University – a HBCU and an M.A. in Communications from Lindenwood University.
