Our vision is to influence the minds of young black males to become better men thereby experiencing joy and taking pride in their labor.

To extend an honest hand to the next generation by connecting youth with enlightened adults who will provide academic assistance, spiritual guidance, and life skills training

EXPERIENCE
Our mentees will be provided a well-rounded curriculum designed to engage every aspect of the young man’s life inside the education system and beyond.
JOY
We orchestrate non-traditional activities which allow the young men to be curious and explore under the umbrella of safe keeping. Such activities cultivate self-directed learning, modeling, and relationship development.
PRIDE
Discovery of talents raises self-esteem by giving our youth a sense of their own power, unconsciously exercising cognitive development.
LABOR
Our program focuses heavily on teaching young men a work ethic through modeling; through labor bonding comes naturally and is essential to relationship building as men.
